All stays require a $1,000 deposit that is refunded, barring damages, 1 week post stay.
All stays are subject to a 16% VAT (Value Added Tax) and a 5% Occupancy Tax.
A $125 cleaning fee will be added at checkout, this cleaning fee will cover you for the duration of your stay and our cleaners will come 3 times per week.
